Misc Fire emblem WFC problem

Hi.

I'm playing FE:SD (Europe ver) with DSTT. When I tried to connect to WFC to shop online or something, it says it cannot use my username to connect.
If it means the name in firmware, then the name is Brendan. It isn't an offensive word.. lol
So, what's wrong ? Is it a protection or DSTT problem ?
