Is there one in the making? I am relatively new to all of this.

I don't think so, but am hoping that one is eventually created. In the meantime, I hope for powersaves to come through.

It's possible to see how the saves work by trial and error then comparing the files in a hex editor to see which offsets affect which parts of the game, then use them to edit them to what you want. It may sound cumbersome but it may be your only option if we don't have a dedicated save editor.

Personally I would love to be able to edit weapon attributes (maybe have something illegal like exceeding the limit for certain attribute types)

Yeah I was thinking that I may have to go that route. I just got a hex editor out of impatience and am hoping I can make some progress. If anything, I'd like to find the values to give myself 999 of all the materials.

If you have a cfw you can use my ntr plugin, it have almost all feature that a save editor can have but yeah you must have luma and ntr to use it so...
