ROM Hack Fire Emblem Warriors 1.5.0 cia update

Does anyone have or know where I can find the 1.5.0 cia update file for Fire Emblem Warriors? I've looked around and saw that I was supposed to check sc0tline's signature, but he/she doesn't have the cia file but a ntr plugin instead.

That wasn't silly but this is... How do I use it? LOL. I'm hella noobish when it comes to this :/

oh ok. i guess you already have it install, if not, FBI titledb may have. if not, then https://freeshop.pw/ will help get started...

Now then, once you have it opened. look for a controlpad-looking icon, that when you click on it, show all your titles that you have installed. if any of them have a green triangle with a "!" beside them, that means there is an update or a dlc.

Now that freeShop is dead, where can I install the Update Data cia? I've looked at several sites for the 1.5 Update cia but can't find the file by itself. Help would be appreciated.
