This will sound REALLY stupid af, but I had logged in with a different profile after the crash, if it's any excuse, it was late and I was using my second joycon that has slight drift ( played age of calamity with it too) only because of not wanting to ruin my main joycon playing musou games...
Tldr I no longer need a save, I'll just close this thread now.
Edit: seems I can't close my own threads or I'm blind and can't find the option to do so??? Can a mod please close this for me?

my left joycon had drift but i fixed it using this

the way to check if this will work is when you are getting drift press your thumb down just under the analog stick on the joycon with drift and if the drift stops while pressing then the method in the link will fix it
