Fire Emblem IF on Sky3DS+RegionFour?

    The Template isn't ready for Fire Emblem IF as I know and they must Update it

    Has nothing to do with that. RegionFOUR isn't compatible with most new games.

    Nope, the game doesn't work even on an original japanese console.

    An Old3DS on firmwares 4.X-9.2
    A New3DS on firmwares 9.0-9.2

    If you have none of those, you won't be able to play the game.
    If you do, well, there are guides here on how to set up CFWs.
