Okay, here's the deal. I know that 6.60 PRO-C has issues playing PSN games, so I went down to PRO B10. I had Final Fantasy IX PSN on my memory card to test it out and it worked perfectly.

Well I've been wanting to play FFVIII so I put that on my card and I get an error every time I try to start it. (The Game could not be started 80000004). So I bit the bullet and actually bought the game, thinking the official copy would surely work. And of course it works on OFW, but once I boot into CFW, I get the same error.

So has anyone run into this? I figure that the official version from PSN would work regardless. Granted I could just play with OFW, but I lose access to my plugins if I do so.

Even if it's solved I'd rather have this clear for future readers... Pro C works perfectly with PSN games. It's Pro-C2 that is broken.
