As of now and pretty much anytime in the future, they cannot do anything. Unless any original material is released with the patch, they have no right to do any action. If it's just a patch which changes content of the original ISO, it's legal in every way possible. You might even write them a letter that the release is finished with the amount of money you made off the patch through donations just to piss them off and they wouldn't be able to do jack **** about it.

But the merging tool doesn't contain any game files. You need to obtain them yourself by whatever means you want. It is still legal and the worst thing SE can do is send them a threatening hate mail, but that's about it.

I have to agree and disagree with you really pkg in it is well almost the full game but I do not mind

On the Go model when using remotejoy make sure Bluetooth is disabled can cause lockup
