Probably still won't happen though. Square-Enix knows this game probably won't do well in the west. It's best to continue supporting this fan-translation and hope the members of the project have the motivation to finish it.

The communications between the NA and EUR branches have always been disjointed with the JP branch. It's really a matter of bad management when essentially the JP branch is the one that calls the shots.

Just Truthkey dropped many projects because of rumors of localizations that never took place.
