Can we film my 3ds without a capture board and without NTR stream beacause I have a bad connexion.

Also depending on the game, consider disabling one of the screens & make sure quality of service is over 100.

If the game's bottom screen is required, but not a major gameplay element, consider lowering the bottom screen framerate as well. Pokemon, smash 4, ocarina of time, animal crossing etc.

The new 3ds has extra hardware which is what streaming runs off of.
