Isn't it better to use torrent to spread the files?
If Nintendo can't stop games on torrent sites, they have 0% chance to stop firmware files!

i think that is the best option atm imo, put the files offsite so they can't do anything.

Good idea, lets shut down filetrip. Might as well shut down the forum too while we are at it.

I think it's a sarcasm coming from the fact that we stepped back the first time, so they came at us again knowing they'd get an easy victory.
They might come back again for some even less objectionable stuff next time.

Just wait until Nintendo DMCAs all the Crown 3DS files that don't exist.

I can see why they're DMCAing them though. These cards were literally made for the sole purpose of piracy and nothing else. They cannot run any kind of homebrew, as there is no defined 3rd party SDK (devkitpro) for it yet. They don't care about Acekard firmwares or standard R4 firmwares as much, because they can run pirated games and homebrew.
