I like MediaFire because it doesn't make you wait a certain time or make you complete offers to show the download link.

Megaupload because it's ridiculously fast even for non-members.
All other sites are limited to around 100~300 KB/sec, while i can get up to over 6 MB/sec using Mega.

Time Limit - I assume you mean the wait time. I don't really care as long as the download speed makes up for it.
Number of Downloads Limit - I can bypass this with dynamic IP.
File Size - What? Most everything I download is split up into 100MB parts anyways.
Speed Limit - This matters the most to me.
Completion of Offers - I would not download from a site that makes you do this.
Inability to download multiple files at once - Don't really care, speed limit matters more.
CAPTCHA - Don't really care, I can do these easily.

"Time Limit" was a confusing term. Switched to "Wait Time".

I like Novaup. Max 1gb file uploads but really awesome speeds and parallel downloads

...But most people don't really use it so I would say Mediafire and Megaupload and one of the worst is Rapidshare (Curse that site).

I LOVE Megaupload for great services for even free users. Great speed as well (sometines hit 5MB/s! Average @ 1MB/s). RS is just putrid and for some reason still used.

Only downside to MU is that free users are restricted to under a Gigabyte per file download and single slot downloads. I'm thinking about purchasing a lifetime membership there since I use it so much!

I think we can all agree that rapidshare is shit.

But I quite like Megaupload, they're arguably the fairest of free downloads.
Personaly I hate the waiting times, I mean not how they make you wait 30 seconds before downloading, but how sites like rapidshit make you wait 20 minutes for a download slot then tell you there are no available slots. Bullshit.
