ROM Hack FFTA2 Translation (help plz..)

idk if this should go in q&a or here.. but i considered it a translation/hack though its a problem...
but here is my problem..
im an idiot and cant seem to remember/figure out how to patch the file... i have pff o matic3, the rom file and the patch 6.8
..any help with this would be nice...

0.6.8 is a release of the editor, not a patch.

You should either download the 0.4 binary release of the editor or install the additional required applications for source releases (http://deufeufeu.free.fr/wiki/index.php?title=FFTA2_Editor @Requirements for source releases)
Then follow the setup instructions (http://deufeufeu.free.fr/wiki/index.php?title=FFTA2_Editor @Installation)
