Gaming Few questions about getting Call of Duty to work.

I haven't updated my Wii, or changed anything for a while, so I have a few questions.

(I'm using the HBC, and use discs. Not a USB Loader. Also, I am using the NTSC version of the game. Not PAL).

1) My Wii is at 3.2U, do I have to update any further? (If so, could someone link a guide how to update manually?).

2) Do I need to use a special backup loader? Because I tried a few got the same result. Black screen after I launch it.

Once again, sorry if this is the wrong forum, I looked for a sticky on fixing it, but couldn't find one.
