Hacking Fear of getting banned

So I am a pretty stupid kid. Yesterday I hacked my o2ds using seedminer, and after 2 3 hours i removed all cfw, because i was scared of getting banned. Is there a chance I got flagged by ninty? I didn't pirate any game and i didn't get to play anything.

Did you go online, especially with any games? Personally ive done it a few times, but yea, if you did you might get banned, you wont know for a while.

You have to be lucky to get banned on 2ds/3ds.
If you went online, you are probably flagged.

You might be okay, um, is there a game you play online that your worried you wont get to play now? Or you just afraid of Nintendo's wrath? Or?

Im actually scared that i will not play smm online, and also that this 2ds has sentimental value, as i got it as a christmas present from my parents. Now im starting to hate my desicions lol

As I said before. You have to be super unlucky (unless you cheat or play unreleased gamed) to get actually banned. And even then you can unban yourself.

Even on legit copies of games that i own? Same thing, CFW Luma and such, but i have legit copies of games like MK7 and some Pokémon titles, so can i still keep playing them online? No, i'm not cheating. Also, i used PKSM, it was just the Bank function to transfer Mons from game to game, and the Copy function (to "backup" my Mon in older gen, in case something went wrong), does this count as "cheating"?
