So, since it is bluetooth. I guess I'll be able to hook it up to my PC as well, right? play some games with a famicom controller on that, right?

I was in Japan for a couple weeks last month and bought an AV Famicom, practically new in the box. Bought a Super Famicom Jr., too. Playing them nightly now, with Everdrive N8 and SD2SNES carts. What's old is new at my house.

To play a few NES classics and or Mother 1, this controller would come in handy, I want one, does anyone know the price yet?

If I were you I would play the GBA port of Mother 1, it's much better

Of course you could still do that with this controller.

If you want to discuss the Mother series with me further, PM me

I'd like to get one if it works with Windows PC via blue tooth.
I've been trying to use a Wii remote with glove pie to play retro games on my PC because in horizontal mode it resembles a nes controller and it's small and sleek and there are no cables in the way, but unfortunately it doesn't work with MAME ( unless I install a virtual joystick PPJOY ) and also there are not enough buttons to properly play snes games.

This new controller might be just perfect for that purpose, and it wouldn't take too much space on my desk.

My friend, you aren't the only Mother fanatic fan around here :)
I have been playing the GBA one, but I want the NES one with the NES controller to actually play it on the 'right buttons'

Oh I very well know I'm not alone, we've conversed before.
Not to mention, several other members, including a mod, have EB themed avatars.
I just thought you might want to have a good discussion about the series.

Anyway, the NES version just has an odd feel about it, and the GBA one fixes the little things wrong with it.

Interesting. I hope it has more buttons than the original Famicom controller. I need a good bluetooth controller for my PSX emulator fix.

I absolutely, totally want one now. They're sending me a free sample! being an admin has its perks :gba:
Gonna get a few samples for competitions too so there will be some up for grabs soon :)
That's it. I'm getting one of those for free.
Other future contestants: consider yourself fucked.

That I know, again its just because of the controller.
