I used to get the same error whenever I tried installing unsigned cias from FBI directly. Run Pasta then try again or install it via Devmenu/BigBlueMenu via

Does this occur due to an incomplete downgrade? I've managed to get everything else working fine, but I get the same signature error.

Downgrade again, after doing a clean update to 10.3.

How do I get my SD card back to normal? It still has the emunand on it.

Try injecting FBI instead or just try another CIA installer.

I'm testing with my brother's 3DS (with different SD Card just to be safe) before I try with my New 3DS XL incase it messes up my New 3DS XL within random mistakes at attemps, same Firmware as that.

Try to downgrade to 9.2 instead
