Homebrew FBI (CIA Installer) Error (AM Service?)

When I try to install a CIA on FBI, it gives me an error message that reads
Install failed!
Could not initialize AM service. Press start to continue.
What does this error mean, and is there a way I can fix it?
(Using menuhax with no Gateway card, if that matters.)

Can you be a little more specific? I guess you're trying to run FBI right after cold boot with MenuHax, right? What's your sysNAND version (as in, when you don't boot into CFW, what is your system firmware)?
