If anyone is still interested, i managed to compile the latest psikyo core for the FBA4PSP emu. AFAIK it was never released as binary. This core runs Striker 1945 and a few other psikyo games, game list is included. You can also see the games emulated here: http://www.system16.com/hardware.php?id=810&page=1#2321 It plays with 1-2 frameskipping, i will also post version with disable caching to gain a few more FPS. Any active PSP emu developer, feel free to help. https://transfer.sh/iu1av/psikyocorecached.zip

Here is the eboot.pbp with caching disabled, it means it has better FPS, you can use 0-1 frameskipping with Strikers 1945 and Gunbird. I havent tested but this probably only works on slims though. Use the cached version if you have fat. https://transfer.sh/9nKtP/psikyocorenocache.zip

Github: https://github.com/rereprep/FBA4PSPmod/tree/no-cache forked from the latest compilable revision (r49) here: https://sourceforge.net/p/fba4psp/code/HEAD/tree/

I can compile no cache (faster) versions of other cores too if someone has still interest in FBA4PSP. Who knows maybe with some help, adding new cores or improving the speed of existing cores is possible.

P.S. Use Strikers 1945 (Japan, unprotected)

Here is a nice little package for cave shooter fans. I compiled latest version of FBA4PSP for cave core with 3 engines: the famous C68K modded by NJ, M68K slow but accurate and the A68K coded in MIPS by the great author of FBA-A320 dingux (this is the first time this core is ported back to PSP, thank the shared mips architecture).

Have fun, i will have more goodies soon. (i hope)

https://transfer.sh/pY13p/cave3engines.rar

and if someone has a drag-and-drop supercard dstwo sdk for windows, i will port the changes i made to FBA4DSTWO, especially the mips A68K core should work fine in dstwo.

i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.
