the author said it's a work in progress though.

"Behind" is just another way to say someone created or/and is responsible for something(ie, I am behind DownloadMii).

Yeah, they were awesome back when people still used 98/XP now we got something that requires way less performance, looks nicer AND is easier to code http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flat_design

The problem is, you need an internet connection for that, so you can get the 3DS update nag screen if you don't block the Nintendo update servers.
