Yes.
Also, MoonShell2 for "ROM fix" can be fixed.

I don't think so, since the stable version didn't have the problem with the cluster (I don't think) but still doesn't work correctly on the DSi, and this patch is supposedly only fixing that the cluster problem.

Well, MoonShell 2.09/2.10b9 hacked needs this patch.

and_FAT_fat_linkFreeCluster().
Both "modified gba_nds_fat" and libfat had:
