Hacking Fatal Frame 4 English Patch on USB Loader GX help

I have gotten a pre-patched English ISO and put it on my USB using WBFS Manager 2.5. Whenever I go to start it I get an error code:

Error #001,
unauthorized device has been detected.

I can't find out what this error is and how to fix it at all. I was thinking it was because of region lock but I disabled that using Priiloader and still get the same error code.

I'm not too good at doing all of this and have used guides for everything but I can't find a clear answer about this problem anywhere.

So any help will be appreciated, I can try to provide any info that is needed.

Have you an NTSC console? Wich version of usbloader gx are you using (please don't say "latest", go to the credits screen and read the version number)? Which version and base of IOSes are you using (if you don't know, use syscheck to produce a report)?
