I'm with the latest fw and Atmos 1.1.1 out of sudden my switch sdcard ejected.
I restarted to rcm and inject fusee.bin and this came out.
A fatal error occurred when running Atmosphere.
Program ID: 010041544d530000
Error Desc: std::abort() called (0xffe)

report saved to ......
Press POWER to reboot.

Any help would be appreciated.

Not likely that a card will just eject by itself. If you have no SD card backup, you can try to put the card in a computer then use a utility to correct the corrupted blocks (Windows has such utility). It's not a 100% certain that the tool can recover everything, but it will at least get rid of any "dangling" blocks. You'll then have to try it out to see if that fixes it; if not, just hope that the corrupted block is not the emuNand itself (I'm assuming you're using emuNand), in which case, just re-install Hekate, Atmosphere, sigpatches. If the emuNand is corrupted, that's a bigger issue if you don't have a backup. Those are the steps that I would take if I were in your shoes.
