Hacking Fat32 Micro SDHC Card not working on gateway

Its sandisk btw 4gb

it worked on my previous kingston card 8gb fat32!
 
Try default cluster size. I know that some cluster sizes are problematic for Gateway.

Or you can try to format your micro sd-card as exFAT.
(Yes, Gateway support exFat as well which is easier to copy over larger games)
