I'm using a Kingston 1 GB micro SD and I plan on running roms, dpg movie files, and mp3s on my M3 Simply. What is the difference between formatting my card FAT16 or FAT32 and which one would be better for me? Thanks to the tech savvy among us who can help out.

fat32 will support microsd cards 2gb and larger. if u don't have a microsd that's 2gb or larger then there's really no point in formating in fat32.

FAT16 was designed for smaller drives, and if I'm not mistaken it should probably have less overhead because it isn't addressing things with 32 bits. FAT32 on cards less than 2GB would probably just result in you having less usable space on the card (although not by much). Could be wrong, though, haven't looked into it in depth.
