Is it possible in any way to run fanmade games that are not .nds files on the DSTWO PLUS? The main reason I'd like to do this is to run pokemon zeta/omicron/insurance. I'm sure this is a long shot and probably not possible at all but I'd appreciate a response. Thank you in advance.
 
I understand that. My curiosity stems from the fact that the software like the emulators you run on the dstwo are not rom hacks either.

It's not really like that- they're Windows programs. You might as well ask if your DS can run Microsoft Office.

The DSTwo isn't powerful enough to emulate a full x86 Windows machine, and the DS itself certainly isn't. Just play them on a laptop, if you're desperate for portable play.
