None known, sadly.
There's also a tricky issue in that the pre-rendered videos use baked-in manga-style dialogue bubbles and sound effect words that would be complicated to replace =(
(CAPCOM used those as an excuse not to localize the game, BTW)

Aww thats such a shame. I played it a little in Japanese, but it would have been really cool to have a translation

and alot of text in the game is hardcodded in the game.

but the menus and stores and weapons names all in text.
