need help finding which software for my fake r4i gold some links or help would be nice

if you look on the box, there will be a site were you can get the kernel. if you cant find the site, post pictures of the front back and 4 sides of the box and the front and back of the flashcart.

AS link491 said go to the website either on the front of the box or on the front of the flashcard.

There are many many cards that call themselves R4i Gold and most use different kernels. Some even use kernels from websites that are different to what is on the front of the card. E.G. if you have a R4i Gold card that says www.r4ids.com on the front but does not have ver2.0 then you need to go to www.r4ids.cn to get the latest kernel.

R4i Gold can mean many things. We really need a picture of the box or card. Or at the very least, give us the link of the website that is printed on them.

Try retrogamefan's updates, or try wood if it is the r4idsn one.

thanx for software now can you help me what files of the sofware do you put on r4i card

1st- Format your sd card with Panasonic SD formatter.
2nd- put __rpg and DS_MENU.DAT on your sd card.
3rd- put roms on your SD card.
4th- enjoy!

i did what you said but when i turn it on it alex rider stormbreaker thq then says loading with a black background and then goes white and stays like that it does that with all software

Did you format with panasonic SD formatter???
And just in case, try the "paper trick".
