I tried to follow the guide in 3ds dot guide in order to install Luma, but now my console is locked in that state.
At the moment of starting the tutorial, I had the console set up with a gateway 3ds emunand, and a 4.5.0 sysnand, and before starting I made a backup of my sysnand that is now in my computer.

I first saw the error at the end of the installling bootstrap step, but, as it said "just go to the next section" i went ahead and did that.
However, the error still pops up any time I try to boot up. Any clue on how to fix it or how to restore the backup to start over?

EDIT: Even though it wasnt in the step described by the guide, I could still boot up GM9 and follow the CTRTransfer guide, wich allowed to boot up and continue the guide.

First of all. Can you boot to luma?

The "Failed to get CTRNAND FIRM" is an error screen given by luma.

Have you ever used Gateway's downgrade tool in the past? If so, refer to this thread.

This is is troubleshooting
  1. If your NAND is of a version between 3.0.0 and 4.5.0, do the following:
    • Ensure that you are using the latest Luma3DS version (v6.6 or higher)
    • Download this file and rename it to native.firm
    • Download this file
    • Copy native.firm and cetk to the /luma/folder on your SD card
    • If you have Luma3DS version 7.1 or lower, rename native.firm to firmware.bin
    • Delete both of these files after updating your device
