Have you updated atmosphere and hekate to the latest versions, and if so could you show what your hekate_ipl.ini configuration looks like?

Looks like you are using an older version kosmos based on the "kosmos v13.1" line. I would try downloading the latest version of kosmos, making a backup of your SD, deleting all folders on your SD except the emuMMC and Nintendo folders, and the putting on the latest kosmos files.

I did all this and it worked normally once the next boot it crashes on launch

I have no idea what Is causing the crash if I reinstall all files it will work one time and then crash again
