I factory reset my 3DS, then uninstalled GodMode9, not knowing a factory reset is ill advised. It still works, and looks to be clean of any hacked software. So is what I did fine? Did I actually remove anything?

How exactly did you uninstall godmode9?

tbh i would just recommend installing fastboot 3ds, dump the stock firm to your sd, and set it to a hotkey via fastboot, that way you boot a complete bone stock firmware, or luma3ds

but if you followed correctly then yeah its running stock firmware

Ya. That does remove cfw with that script. The one thing now. Is, why did you want to remove cfw and format the 3ds in the first place?

also i did a factory reset simply because i didnt realize people online said not to do that and wanted to delete all my GBA roms quickly

you simply wiped all your data, doing a factory reset doesn't remove b9s, b9s/fastboot/ntrboot resides in the 3ds bootloaders

if you have a nand backup you can reinstall, and restore back everything, though better be sure to check the serial number of what you receive

does uninstalling cfw not uninstall bs9? i factory reset for the software and then uninstalled the firmware
