Hacking Factory Reset vWii but not Wii U

Past me (and I mean like the year after the Wii U release me) wanted to soft-mod my Wii U (without much knowlage of modding systems), and I somehow ended up modding the vWii instead. While I was modding, I didn't make a backup because A. I didnt have the space and B. I didnt see the need. Now the (vWii's) Mii Maker Channel is broken, and when I click it, I get an error stating something along the lines of "No bootable elf file found."
Is there any way to Factory Reset the vWii without resetting the Wii U?
I can get a photo of the error message if required.

try decaffeinator. I don't know if it will fix a specific channel or not.
