Homebrew factory reset \ parental lock

I bought 2nd hand wii u and I want to play online and in order to play online I need online access and I can't have it because the person I bought it from had parental lock , and he doesn't know the pin nor his email or his secret question , Is there any way around it ? factory reset requires the pin too....
any homebrew option to reset the parental control or even factory reset ... I really want to play online...

how can I tell the date of the console ? it's 2nd hand no box included , and inquary number is the code on the back of the wii u ?

I believe you can check the date of the console by just pressing the home button, it's just the date of today.
For the inquiry number, do the following steps (It might be inaccurate because I don't remember the exact steps):
- Try to play online (to trigger the pin screen)
- Tap on something like "I forgot my pin"
- If it ask you something with an e-mail, tap on something like "I don't have access to my e-mail"
- It should give you some kind of 10-digit number, that's your inquiry number

Use the site to generate the master key and enter it on the console
