yesterday i've found something really awesome and interesting in the japanese F-Zero GX game.

A Debug Menu with tons of features!

here's a feature list:

- 「ディップスイッチ」 DIP switch = en/disable several functions, like Autodrive, No Damage, No death and much more
PAD input = test out the Controller Buttons
Motion Playback = Load all Characters' Models and choose its animations and load the different LOD (highest res, high res, low res, lowest res models)
Bitmap = browse many images and scale their sizes
ARAM FONT = browse all fonts (the game crashes at ""FONT_ASC_24x24" ORIGINAL 0/5")
Stage Check = load all stages and check out its textures, models and submodels with animations (the game can suddenly lag alot or freeze)
Car Check C Color, Y Manual Book (?), X Default Car Size (?) = crashes the game
Model Test = Test out all models and textures
Soundtest = Listen to all songs, SFX and voices
Physics Test = ?
Cloth Test = gives you a blackscreen. press START/PAUSE to go back to the debug menu
Vehicle Parts Check = create costum vehicles and choose the LOD
Name Entry = Enter your name (probably overwrites the name(?))
Test Run = select parts for a costum machine and select a stage (Lightning - Thunder Road, Mute City - Twist Road or Mute City - Sonic Oval) to test it

unfortunetly the PAL and NTSC-U (US) versions lag the debug menu. but it can be accessed in F-Zero AX aswell^^

if you want to test the debug menu on yourself, here's the code.
also remember you must have the japanese game. doesn't matter if you are using action replay on the cube or dolphin emulator or a wii. the code works well on all systems! (wii requires the code in gecko format)
