Hacking EZFlash Jr Shells

Is it possible to buy shells for the EZFlash Jr? Some unfortunate circumstances happened in which I require a new shell, and I noticed that for the most part, other shells are not compatible with the shape of the board on the EZFlash Jr (notably, the screw hole)

There is 3rd party shells with the screw that low look on aliexpress

Thanks! Hopefully i can find one that fits since there really arent a whole lot of specs to go on here.. Hopefully "eyeballing it" works out

Do let us know if it works out or not. I've been wondering this myself for awhile and by some funny coincidence, I found this thread on google while searching for an answer to the same question today. Interesting timing.

So after looking at several of these shells, none of them fit the EZFlash Jr. The hole placement on the JR is just MUCH too low for every shell i've seen so far. Is it possible to just buy the shells direct from ezflash?

I am a distributor for them and so far I was told since released that they had no plans to release any custom shells.

The ez flash omega had a variety of colors however all of them were temporary . Usually they release colored shells around christmas season maybe this year they will release for the ez flash JR.

In theory i could 3d print my own ( i have a 3d printer) however the failure rate of these shells is high... and very time consuming. The little plastic pieces that snap the shells together is so easy to screw up when the filament is laying down

The issue is I have a PCB without a shell I would like it to have a shell... So i dont even want a custom one, just a replacement one.

How did you get a EZ FLAHS JR without a shell? Check your PM as I can help you out

I actually had the shells originally, but had lost them through some unfortunate situations
