Sorry I didn't notice anyone had posted in the thread! Cheers for compliments guys! I'll try and add the save renaming in for you over the next week and upload it.

- Graphical overhaul.
- Now renames any .SAV files found in archives to match .NDS files.
- Added various website links.
- You can now output each trimmed file (+save) to individual folders. Folders are named the same as the trimmed file.
- Dropping an image file onto the main window will change the background of the window.
- Dropping an image file onto the trimming options will change the background of the trimming options.
- Dropping an image file onto the renaming options will change the background of the renaming options.

I remember downloading this sometime last year for the first time, it trimmed more than Brian's trimmer and at the time Brian's didn't have a background option while yours was gray, I greatly preferred EZ-Trim+

This trimmer is great!

It should have trimmed the same amount as Brians. At one point it was trimming 3 bytes too many and killed WiFi so it could have been that release you were using.

umm, nice update, but where's the release database? there doesn't seem to be a button to update it anymore, and it doesn't download one automatically. am i mssing something?

That was my fault, I forgot to copy the button over to the new panel. Try redownloading it now.

Is it me or on the bottom left the option to rename is not there or trim and rename isnt there?

You'll have to redownload the app from the first post and then run the release list update. I forgot to put the button back on. It'll enable the rename and rename+trim buttons.

Yeah, sorry about that - it'll teach me to be more thorough next time though!

Cheers for the compliments. I'm going to try putting in renaming inside the archive tomorrow. Then some code tidying and maybe GBA trimming as well as DS trimming, should be pretty complete then.

How do you keep the verbose "log" output in the bottom left of the application to stay visible?

I can see the option, and I can toggle a checkmark for it, but the status never displays after the operation. I've tried it several times, with several different roms and with various settings. just don't work.

Can you try downloading it agan. I forgot to add it into the renaming functions. The filename is the same (I'm lazy) but it should say 0.06a in the title.

Perfect.

One note of advice for others, the "Rename" and "Trim and Rename" buttons are not active until you run a "Update Release Database"
Perhaps you should include a copy of the database with the archive or automatically check for updates at first run?

While trying to rename I see this
Rename unsuccessful, sorry. Name = Cooking_Guide_-_Can't_decide_what_to_eat?_(EUR).NDS

Also none of my saves are renamed!
