Hacking ez flash V

hi, i have recently bought a ez flash V card but cant get it to work. i have followed all instructions to the letter but when i load it into my NDS it says cant find shell. i have created a shell folder on the micro sd card and put the latest kernel and added a few games but still get the same error. can anyone help please

I don't have an EZ Flash V (this is the DSTT forum, by the way) but usually you have to install the kernel on the root of the card, not in a folder.
