Hacking EZ Flash using cheats for NDS GBA emulator

I hope I'm in the right thread. Anyways, I already have the cheat loaded for the game Pokemon Fire Red and only one cheat managed to work but it wasn't the one I needed. It was the "Get all 8 gym badges" and the cheats I want to work is "Find Bagon in wild" and "Get all TMs." How to get those two cheats to work? In the cheat section for the game, I don't see the words "enable" or anything like that. Funny the gym badges cheat worked and I didn't even press any buttons or did anything to enable it. I would like some help with enabling the right cheats to work for the game.... I even tried the GBAATM but it wouldn't work.... When I expected Bagon to appear in the wild battle, all I got was Pidgey or Rattata.

Not the direct answer to your question, but for those final goals you want, you could just use a save editor

Oh nevermind. I managed to get one of those Pokemon editor and I'm using it... Thank you Ryccardo!
