Emulation EZ-Flash Save on Visual Boy Advance

I was able to transfer my save files from my PC to my Acekard, but when putting them back on my computer into the right directories, the rom loads but as if there was no save file. The roms I'm using are the Fire Emblem games. The saves work on the EZ-Flash, and I change the save file name to what the emulator uses if there's no save, but when I play the game, it is as if there were no save files. This happens in the Western released games, but not Sealed Sword. When I play Sealed Sword, the save data is able to be used in Visual Boy Advance.

My save files. I'm guessing it has to do with the way it saves. I'm using AKAIO's built in GBA loader.
