Hacking EZ Flash Omega saves of GBA games gone?

I got my EZ Flash Omega about one week ago and sadly I already have issues with saving. I have read that it's necessary to wait about 5 seconds after saving and I have always waited longer than 5 seconds. The saves is gone for two games already. The saves are still in the folder but when I start the games with clean boot, it doesn't find the saves and only offer me New Game. Really annoying if you have played about 3-4 hours and everything is gone. Known issues or just a bad flashcard?
