Hacking Extracting Saves

I've been trying to figure out for a couple days how to extract saves from games I already have. My slot 2 I'm planning on using is EzFlash4 Deluxe. I saw a previous thread recommending roudolph's tool, but I can't find it in the download section. Using wifi is out of the question, I don't have it. Can anyone help please? Thanks
EDIT: I might have found it I guess. I just downloaded the DSromdumpers with 3 dumping tools in it. There really isn't any instructions. I assume I use the "NDS Backup tool Slot2"?
