ROM Hack Extract .dat of Tekken 3D?

Hello, I'm wondering for the possibility to extract the .dat file from Tekken 3D: Prime Edition.

There's 2 .dat files so I opened them in a hex editor hoping it could help.

INFO.dat

GAME.dat
