I've always had success extracting the models in Ohana3ds, though I gave up later in the process cause I couldn't figure out how to connect them together
Some models show up weird in the preview but they looked fine in blender (though I don't remember how I managed that)
This is specifically for My No.1 Stage but I imagine it'll be similar for the others:
Character heads and coords are under graphic/chara, they are split into the different coord parts
Stage assets are in graphic/stage, F = fashion show, D = drama, L = live, SP and unit = special appeal assets
Coord names are stored cosxxx_xxxx_x (origin, type, item)
Coords labeled 1xx are orignally from an arcade release 2xx are originally promotional cards
1xxx means it's a cute piece, 2xxx cool, 3xxx sexy, 4xxx pop
Denoted by _T (tops) _B (bottoms) _S (shoes) _A (acessories) _WT (one-piece main part) _WB (one-piece legs)
I have tried to figure out if there's a system for the actual numbering in game but I never managed to figure it out
The ones I did check to see what they were are:
