I have hacked Switch with account of my son (i can enter nintendo eshop without password), but he forget his password\email, can i extract this data using some homebrews?

If the account is a legit Nintendo account, can't you just contact them to retrieve the credentials? If you hack your switch, then go online to Nintendo eShop, they'll ban that Switch, and you'll end up right where you are now-no access to eShop.

It is legit, but i cant contact to Nintendo for some reasons...
I want to know if there some applications that can decrypt switch system files and extract login and password that saved on console.

Don't even need to contact them. Just use the password reset page: https://accounts.nintendo.com/password/reset
You can see the email address of the account on the Switch itself, I believe it might be partially censored but would make it easier to remember the email address at least. Once you have that the rest is easy.

Why can't you contact Nintendo? Are they not available in your country?
