I did a quick search, didn't turn up anything useful. Has anyone used one of these with success? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16817182154

I want to take an old hard drive and turn it into a USB drive that will be used solely for Wii games by formatting it to WBFS. I've been using a 4GB flash drive formatted to WBFS and Neogamma for now. Are these enclosures compatible with the Wii? Thanks.

I've tried two enclosures from NewEgg, a Rosewill and an Antec, and they both work fine.

A tip though, I've found portable hard drive that run from USB power to be much better because you don't have to worry about turning them on and off and it saves an electrical outlet.

Personally I just purchaed a 500GB WD Elements USB2 powered drive for my Wii for less than AU$90 and doubt I'll ever fill it up. Really is the way to go rather than 4gb usb sticks or using old drives in external cases imo.
