But you're forgetting he doesn't have any IOSes. (Except 249, I think)

Yeah, I forgot that cioscorp does EVERY ios.

So he's pretty screwed if he doesn't have a NAND dump or key.

But can't i download a anothers NAND? And if i use infectus, (or must i have infectus to install NAND?) can i fix it than?

I thought cioscorp includes IOS30 and the system menu. If yes, you don't have both and both are needed to do anything. Autoboot discs need the system menu, even if it's not displayed and they need IOS30 to determine which IOS to load for the disc. I say it's a full brick and you need an infectus or how the tool is called, which allows you to flash the Wii's nand.

But infectus is a modchip! or?
A chip to flash the NAND

.... Then i need to leave it to the store and lie that the picture dosent work and even not from my friends!

yea thatll work lol...

The NAND is different from each Wii.

Using another's NAND won't get you any closer as far as I know.

but what mean WiiPower about Infectus?

I think it's a tool which is able to flash your Wii's nand, by directly accessing it(maybe soldering to it). I don't know where the keys for your Wii are stored or if there's some serial number check for it, so overwriting your complete nand might be a bad idea. If you are able to copy single files to your nand with an infectus, you should copy the 3.2 system menu and IOS30 to it and then try to do anything on your Wii.

they are saying you need 3 items to fix your wii, 3 items 3!
you dont have 2, you can get 1. However that will be useless for you
So send it back to get fixed or to the store

why the hell did you delete every IOS like that at random dude?
I get worried if I install/uninstall a single IOS, until yesterday I didn't even know what an IOS was lol and you just up and deleted everything? Jesus fuck

So this doesn't happen to me or anyone else, could you tell me at least what made you delete everything, did your wii mess up or something or did you just feel like it?

Anyway, hope you can trick that store of yours and tell em it just broke on its own and they give you a new one cause this NAND stuff seems way too complicated...I don't even know what a NAND is ~_~

good luck dude

Isn't another option to wait for BootMii? Then he could flash that to the NAND using Infectus ... and I don't think keys are required for that.

Okay, then explain how he will attempt to run BootMii with no System Menu / HBC to run from.

Aimen, please tell me why you had to uninstall CIOSCORP?

If you were going to uninstall it, why did you install it in the first place?

I can think of reasons for uninstallation of cioscorp. But i thought the official uninstallation method is upgrade to 3.4, and then downgrade to 3.2.

I explained that in the last post. BootMii can be installed using an Infectus as a NAND programmer. At least that's what the SaveMii page suggests.

no it doesn't... the only way to uninstall cioscorps is to overwrite all the ios's

Actually that is the official CIOScorp/preloader/healtii uninstaller, nothing else...!!!

Why didn't worked for you...??? and isn't doing an update to 3.4 overwritting all the IOS....???? believe me I've done it myself from 3.2 to cioscorp to 3.4 to 3.2 back again cioscorp and so over and over again like 20 times

I want to know the reasons why IT DOESN'T...!!

Why i remove it was becouse want to install SoftMii! But why have nobody say that before that it's a bad idea to remove cIOSCORP becouse the replace the ios's?

This is why in future releases of this cIOSCORP thing, and other such programs important system files should be locked out so us normal users can't access and end up messing things up like Aimen did.
Just make it so the program, I never had to use it but I imagine it to be some form of a WAD Manager i guess, doesn't let you mess with IOS's the Wii needs to work.
