Gaming Etrian Odyssey - Editing Savegame

I was referred here from GameFaqs.com where I've made a thread about decrypting the savegame structure just enough to get some work done.

I have a G6 and the original cart; I've been using my G6 to push and pull saves. See the thread to see what I've revealed about the file so far.

I don't see any savegames or cheats here so I'm not sure why I was referred here. Is anyone here adept at hacking hex files?

I want to edit the savegame file to modify just one character (my Cleric) to have insanely high HitPoints so that, even if everyone else dies, she can plod out of the dungeon, get to save point, and I can eat resurrection costs. HP, not levels, if possible. It's easy for me to just never attack with her, ever, and stick to that.

Why not just use a godmode cheat...because basically it is the same thing.

i think they have trainer/patches there that can help you.
