Hacking eshop game update?

I dumped and installed all my retail carts to my a9lh sysnand. Eshop is saying that some of my games have updates (Mega Man Legacy Collection, Star Fox 3D) but they always fail to download.

Looking into it more, these titles don't even have updates. What is going on? Can someone explain it to me?

can happen with bad dumps. got resident evil revelations and it says there is an update for me but 28k blocks lol
