Gaming eShop 026-7536 Error Help

When I try to add funds to my 3DS (Brazil version, using Mastercard), I receive the error 026-7536, even thought the informations I entered are correct.

no my brother don't have CFW maybe with fasthax he want but, why you want to buy games if you have CFW download it XD use freeshop or ciangel or intall tickets to download directly from eshop

@Hyoretsu had seen on the other topic that the issuer of your credit card is Citibank. Try contacting them to see if they blocked the purchase on their side, and if they actually support buying with Brazilian reais in foreign countries/eCommerce. http://forum.jogos.uol.com.br/eshop-br_t_3136096?page=1#58392728
It seems that Citibank clients had problems back in 2014 with eShop
