Hacking errors when load .wad files (reset erverything?)

I am really new to this is im trying some tutorials but i think i did something wrong and now when ever i try loading a .wad file i get an error
is there any way to reset everything back to its original settings so i can try it things again? or atleast get the .wad and the ciso files to the default when i loaded the homebrew channel?
