Hacking Error Setting Up CFW

Ok so I uninstalled the CFW on my New 3DS since I was having issues (see my other thread if you're curious), and when I tried to get the CFW back, I got stuck on the DSi Ware Haxxx step. When I put the bin file (from fredtool) into the DSi Ware folder of my SD Card and go to Settings>Data Management>DSi Ware>microSD Card to use it, the console freezes for a second before it even shows the titles. Then Settings closes and I get the message, "An error has occurred, forcing the software to close. The system will now restart." I'm not sure what's happening because I uninstalled the CFW from my 3DS XL too and all that happened when I tried to get it back was that I got the "A9LH Detected!" message and had to use the A9LH guide. If anyone knows what I could have done wrong when uninstalling the CFW or how I might fix this please let me know.

I know, in hindsight it was a bad idea; I just did it because when I added CFW to the New 2DS XL I just got, I didn't have the problems I had on the 3DS, so I wanted to start from scratch. Do you know if there's anything I can do now though?

You have only 3 options. Ntrboot (requires a compatible flashcard), seedminer or a hardmod. But this requires soldering skills. And ntrboot works on every firmware and every 3ds model and is my favorite way to install cfw. And the fastest

at this point. a9lh made it worse. yes. but do you have a ds card to use to see if it works?

Oh sorry if it was confusing, the A9LH thing is separate from my problem, that was on my normal 3ds XL. Right now my New 3ds is basically factory reset, it only has the settings you need for starting seedminer. The only problem right now is that I can't boot up the Haxxx( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) in DSi Ware Management. I'm not sure what sure what you mean by seeing if it works though, just the 3ds playing games in general? If so, then yes it still plays games.

Maybe you haven't restored your clean ds download play...i dont know.
